We ship from our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth - this helps us get your orders delivered faster anywhere in Australia!
In most cases, we despatch packages via Australia Post. For larger quantity orders, we may arrange split shipments within 3 business days. You'll receive an email notification with your tracking number once the order is shipped.
The larger your order quantity, the greater discount we can offer. For substantial wholesale quantities, please contact us to receive more competitive pricing!
All our products were procured and shipped to Australian warehouses within the last six months. Upon arrival, each batch underwent comprehensive packaging inspection and random flavour testing.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 5 days for a replacement. We also recommend sampling the product upon receipt. Should you detect any flavour abnormalities, please notify us within the same 5-day window for replacement.
